The Charnwood Cove 2 is the medium-sized fireplace in the Cove range. It has 11 KW max output (8KW nominal). This makes this wood-burner suitable for a space of up to approximately 250 mᶟ.
The Cove 2 has always been a popular mid-range stove with South Africans. This may be because of it’s large curved window and sturdy proportions that add to it’s robust aesthetic. We still have Cove 2’s in service here in South Africa since the first ones were installed over 10 years ago. We can provide you with a full range of spare parts to continue servicing your Cove 2 for decades to come!
It also comes with a variety of additional optional extras such as a choice of 3 stands, side convection panels (as featured in the picture) and rear heat shield if required.
The ‘Blu’ version of the Cove 2 (wood-burner) will be our standard from 2022 onwards. ‘Blu’ means that it meets the Eco-Design 2022 regulations as a minimum. This in turn means cleaner air and lower particulates when burning. Whilst burning carbon fuels emits carbon back into the atmosphere, the more efficient and clean the process is, the lower the carbon footprint.
